I just decided that I am going to get down to a healthier weight so I was going to start with my breakfast and I was wondering what is a low fat, healthy, weight loss breakfast.

I'm 21, and was 230 pounds about 2-3 weeks ago, I have been dieting since then and am at 225 now. I do a light to moderate amount of physical activity. Anyways, I've been consistently eating approx 1500-1700 calories daily for my weight loss. I am in college so it is often difficult to find healthy food, but I am eating mostly fruits and vegetables, tuna, and having lunch meat or bagel sandwitches and running 2-3 days a week. So thats what I doing, could I be doing anything better, or am I doing something not as good as I should. Is that too little calories too eat for my size or can I reduce them even more. Should I be eating other types of food, vitamins, etc. Just looking for some good general advice.

I am looking for a healthy weight loss program that is fairly easy and doesn't involve deprivation. ?

I am 19 years old, I would like something that doesn't require physical activity to start off with and is fairly easy for a college student who doesn't have immense amounts of time to spend planning and organizing. I am looking to lose 90 to 100 lbs. I know that it won't be easy or quick, but I am looking for something healthy. Any suggestions/pointers would be helpful. Also some good exercise programs that would help!

Doubts about gym workout, effective weight loss and healthy diet.?

Dear Yahoo! Users, I am just started gyming. I am 178.5cm, and 66kg. I cannot do a pull up. I wanted to train up to be lean(with 8 pacs and not those bodybuilder, very big size). My aim is to be able to do at least 10 pullups by 6 months and a 6 pac. I am student. So i would like to ask you guys about time arrangement gym/study, effective gym workout, weight loss and healthy diet. Firstly, effective gym workout. Normally, when I gym, I started with abs workout using machine and then train my arms with some machine. Rest around a minute or less before continuing. Then afterwards i did the one which trains back muscles, pullling the weights to my chest(that type of workout). Then, I did the one which i lie down and did something like a barbell but I push it up and down(With pulley aid, the one that trains chest). And after wards some assisted pull ups. Then I will rest, repeat for 1h plus. Afterwards, I will run on the treadmil for 8 mins running 1.6km(to lose weight). Is this a correct workout to train muscles and lose weight to get to my goal stated above? Secondly, about weight loss and healthy diet. Normally, breakfast, I had 2 eggs and a cup of milo. Lunch, I normally had fish soup. Dinner, normally chicken rice. Or something like that. Can somebody tell me what to abstain? Because sometimes I had tea breaks and supper. I don't eat fast food, except for subway;D So what food to abstain and points to take note for healthy diet? And also how to lose weight? Is my gym workout a good workout to lose weight? I also swim once a week. Around 10 laps of freestyle in around 12-15mins. And 2 to 4 sprinting laps. So, guys, what type of workout should I follow? Healthy diet? Weight loss? Can fast weight loss be healthy if done right?

Fast weight loss is unhealthy because it can slow your metabolism and it will make you start burning muscle (from what I understand so far). So my question is, Can fast weight loss be healthy if while cutting your calories you still separate to 5-6 meals a day to keep your metabolism up; While also going to the gym everyday working different muscle groups every other day, while still doing a strong aerobic workout every day?

I want to lose approx 15 lbs in 2 weeks. First off, I realize this is not a "realistic" goal as it is recommended to lose 2-3 per week. I have researched enough to know it is not dangerous, just hard to do. I am wondering if anyone has had any success doing this or any recommendations on what I could do to lose the weight! I will not starve myself, I am not stupid. I am also not lazy therefore I want to incorporate both healthy eating and exercise into this weight loss. I realize some people lose the weight fast and then gain it all back, that is not what I am looking to do. I want to lose this weight fast to be a bridesmaid in my sister's wedding, and I also want to keep it off following that. I am of average weight but have gained 20 lbs in 2 months due to my current antidepressant, and want to return to my normal weight. I am active and eat fairly healthy, although I do eat junk food at times like most people. I am willing to do a crash diet or cut my calories way down. Even try diet pills as long as they're effective and not dangerous! Thanks for any insight!

i am 17 years old. and weigh 143 pounds. it is my wish to weigh only 137 pounds. for the past three days i have been running three miles everyday. however the food i eat is very very very oily. it has lots of fat. i eat at least 4500 calories per day. i have been thinking of going on a fruit diet to lose weight. if anyone has any ideas please tell me. i need to lose six pounds in two weeks.

I'm an 17 yr. old girl who is 5'5" and 140 lbs., medium bone structure. I generally eat healthy (no soda, snacks, etc....) but have recently restarted a daily exercise routine (I stopped after a long vacation in the winter). I'm planning to swim 2x per week, take ballet lessons 2x per week and lift weights 1x per week (1 hr. each). I usually go on a medium intensity run for 60 minutes a day, four to five days a week. In addition, I do a total of at least 150 push ups and sit ups in each work out. I don't consume more than 1500-1600 calories a day. I eat little to no junk food, and take my vitamins. I'm 18, male, and weigh about 164, around 14 to 15 percent body fat. Do I lead a healthy lifestyle? If there are ways to improve, let me know.

I'm looking to loose 20 pounds of fat. I am doing 6 days a week of heavy cardio, eating healthy but am looking for a fat burning pill that could help. A friend of mine is interested in starting a weight-loss program, but is type 2 diabeties. She cannot handle any sugars whatsoever, and has to limit herself to VERY few carbs. Weight management?

Can anyone tell me the best way to lose weight. I am trying for about 60 lbs. I have tried weight watchers, physicians weight loss, and 3 different types of diet pills. I have seen doctor and noone seems to be able to help. I try to exercise, but not too much due to my busy schedule. I don't eat regular meals.
